Advisor
Sometimes, we just need a little advice! Many professionals find themselves stuck, trying to handle a difficult situation at work. Additionally, students and professionals at all stages of their career often need guidance to explore the next chapter in their career. To facilitate solutions, CoCaptain’s Advisors offer HR and workplace guidance whenever the need arises for a 30-minute session.
Business Coach
Our Business Coaches are trained and/or certified to support a Client’s professional development. Business Coaches leverage their own unique program/curriculum to achieve the best results for their Client. While a Client can request a Business Coach for a single session, the best results are found when engagements take place over 4 to 12+ sessions (i.e for the duration of the coaching program).
Life Coach
Life Coaches are trained and/or certified to support a Client’s personal growth and development. Topics often include Career, Relationship, Spirituality and Wellness (among others). CoCaptain’s Life Coaches leverage their own unique program/curriculum that is tailored to the unique needs of their Client. A Client may request a single session, but the best results are found within longer or ongoing engagements.
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
CoCaptain’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) offer technical guidance in their particular profession or specialty. Consider the benefits an aspiring business owner can receive from speaking with a tenured, successful Founder. Similarly, an early-career Engineer will excel when mentored by a tenured CTO. CoCaptain’s SMEs often possess unique/rare skillsets and are eager to share their wisdom.

Our Coaches set their own schedules, Some Coaches prefer to work full-time hours and others may only coach in their spare time. You can edit your availability at any time via the CoCaptain platform. As a result, you can truly obtain the perfect work-life balance that you deserve.

The CoCaptain platform is designed to make coaching easy. Coaches have access to a personal dashboard to manage scheduling & billing, to track client activity, and to conduct virtual meetings within the platform. No additional subscriptions are required.
Training & Resources
We want our Coaches to be successful! So, we created training to enhance your coaching skills and developed guides and templates to support your coaching conversations. We curated content that will be beneficial to share with your clients. Finally, we offer resources to help you network and market yourself on social media.

As a CoCaptain Coach, you’re in good company! Visit our Careers page and begin your (brief) application to become an Advisor, Business or Life Coach, or Subject Matter Expert. We will review your application and, if qualified, you will meet with a member of our team (remotely) to discuss your background and to learn more about CoCaptain! We want to ensure you’re best situated to meet the needs of our Clients.
As a CoCaptain Coach, you remain your own Boss! However, you can count of us, the Team at CoCaptain, to be an extension of your business on your journey as a Coach.
